Fran Pullano, MBA, CFCI, Principal
With over 30 years in the design, administration and placement of employee benefit and insurance plans for small, multi-location and municipal employer groups Fran has built Pullano & Company into a full benefits outsourcing service organization. Her specialty remains the re-design of benefit systems for employers facing the increased challenges of providing relevant benefits to diverse populations while working within limited budget restrictions. Her work in total compensation design and analysis encompasses corporate budget and needs analysis while targeting flexible compensation and incentive-based structures. She targets benefits which encourage strong employee/and executive participation in company goals and objectives.
At the forefront of small business concerns in navigation of health care reform and consumer based health care, she has built a firm which excels in administration of medical insurance plans, HRAs and FSAs, long term care, disability income and COBRA programs for small business.
She is an instructor and proctor for the NYS Insurance Department and maintains a Certification in Flexible Compensation and Instruction (CFCI) from the Employer’s Council on Flexible Compensation. She has spoken at national conferences and has been published in Employee Benefit News and the Rochester D&C. She received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from RIT and her undergraduate degree in English from UR. She was also a former Manager of Medicare Part A for Rochester Hospital Services Corporation.
She currently sits on the Advisory Board of HCR and is an advisor to the 10 Program of High Tech Rochester. She is a past chair of the Nazareth Schools and The Small Business Council of the former Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce. She is a former Commissioner of the Monroe County Entrepreneurial Task Force, and a past Board Member of NAWBO and the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley.
Tricia Solt, BA, Office Manager & Licensed Medicare Associate
Tricia came to the Pullano & Company team in 2010 with considerable experience in office organization and accounting. She is an active agent and holds a current New York State Life, Accident and Health Insurance license. She is also AHIP certified and licensed to sell Medicare plans.n
Tricia manages the general operations of the organization and is responsible for the daily functions in the office. She has mastered Flexible Benefits administration, health insurance systems administration and the art of customer contact. She is also responsible for client management and the service of renewals.s
Tricia attends annual ACA (Affordable Care Act) compliance seminars to ensure clients are provided with the most recent changes in health care reform regulations. She is able to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines. Tricia stays highly motivated by challenges with a desire to learn and accomplish goals. Her attention to detail and in depth knowledge of products add value and efficiency to satisfying clients needs.
